MEMORIAL DAY

A monument in the memory of the soldiers who fought and fell the Six Day War in 1967. The Israeli memorial day (Yom Hazikaron) is observed on the 4th day of the month of Iyar of the Hebrew calendar, always preceding the next day's celebrations of Israel Independence Day.
