MEMORIAL DAY

A monument in the memory of fallen IDF soldiers from division 53, who also fought in the War of Independence. The Israeli memorial day (Yom Hazikaron) is observed on the 4th day of the month of Iyar of the Hebrew calendar, always preceding the next day's celebrations of Israel Independence Day.
